Thank you for stepping up to serve our athletes and our community. Whether you are a first-year volunteer or a seasoned coach, you are an essential part of the Hawks FC mission.

Our Standard

Hawks FC is more than a recreational soccer program. We are a direct feeder program to La Pine High School, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every practice, every drill, and every conversation contributes to preparing our athletes for the next level.

We expect our coaches to:

• Emphasize fundamentals and long-term development

• Promote accountability, sportsmanship, and respect

• Reinforce the importance of academics and character

• Model leadership both on and off the field

If you have questions, need support, or want feedback, reach out. Our leadership team works closely with La Pine High School coaches to ensure alignment in curriculum and expectations. Many of our program leaders are directly involved at the high school level, which helps keep our development pipeline strong and consistent.
