Player Evaluations & Team Formation

Evaluations are mandatory for Minors, Majors, and Juniors divisions. These assessments allow coaches to conduct a fair and balanced draft process in accordance with Little League International rules.

Balanced teams are critical to maintaining competitive integrity and player development across the league.

Friend or coach requests are allowed in Tee Ball and Rookies but are not permitted in draft divisions.

Tournament Philosophy

At Hawks Little League, competition is embraced as an essential part of growth.

Tournament play provides players with the opportunity to:

• Compete at a higher level

• Learn resilience and mental toughness

• Represent their community with pride

• Experience preparation under pressure

While development is always the priority, we believe competition teaches life skills that extend far beyond the field. Winning is earned through preparation, teamwork, and discipline. Losing is an opportunity to learn, adjust, and improve.

Our goal is to prepare athletes not only for the next level of baseball or softball, but for the challenges they will face in life.
